- Your Role as Co-Founder
You will lead:
- Infrastructure architecture and phased expansion design
- Capacity planning, density decisions, and layout
- Vendor selection, commissioning, and operational standards
- Connectivity strategy and carrier relationships
- Reliability, monitoring, and uptime discipline
This is a hands-on, founder-level technical role with real decision-making authority
